Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) Fillers
Calcium hydroxylapatite fillers include Radiesse, which is the only such filler containing calcium-based microspheres that are suspended in a gel substance that has been FDA approved for use in stimulating collagen production and targeting volume loss in the cheeks, around the mouth, and jawline. Similar to poly l lactic acid filler injections, calcium hydroxylapatite fillers work more gradually to rejuvenate the surface of the skin and restore volume.
